Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a doc library with the intention for users to indicate when they've read the document - it includes a button to begin a flow that will record this in another list. Multiple users will read each document. I was wanting to use a trigger condition that only runs the flow if the Modified by value is unique - I just want one record for each person in the list. Is this the easiest way to achieve this? If so, what would be the expression? If a simpler way, what would that be? Thanks
