12Hello,
I have created a approval workflow for my Legal team where an item gets uploaded to a folder within an document library in SharePoint. Once the file gets uploaded, the approval process starts. This works fine but once the approval process is finished another team member needs to move the approved document into another folder using the Move To feature. Whenever anyone tries (they all have edit, and one has designer permissions) to move any file they get the following error message;
I have shared owner ship of the flow with the document library. I am able to move any documents with out any error but I am owner of the site? Does everyone have to be an owner in able to move documents within a document library with power automates applied? Thank you so much!
