Unable to execute msbuild /t:restore command from VS Code

Hello Everyone,

I have clone PCF components from the below link,
https://github.com/microsoft/PowerApps-Samples/tree/master/component-framework

 

I have performed the steps suggested in the below link after cloning,
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/component-framework/use-sample-components

I have successfully performed 1 to 6 steps from the above link, when I tried to perform step 7 (msbuild /t:restore) it threw me the below error,

Can anyone suggest me for the same?
