Hi I have set up a request form in a gallery with attachment control.Each request can have multiple staff with different attachments.My idea is to collect all the attachment information for each staff to a collection, and when they click submit, the collection data will save in sharepoint list. Is that possible?
Hi,This couldn't be done directly from a gallery click but you could have a gallery populate an edit form and from there submit to a SharePoint list with attachmentJamie

You can only store attachments using an EditForm control, You can't do it directly from a Gallery.
Better you collect it using EditForm and Display it in gallery
There are two options, one you could have an edit form inserted into your gallery, set the default item to ThisItem and strip the form down to just the attachments column. Or you could add a seperate edit form elsewhere with the default Item set to your gallery.selected.Jamie

On Default property of your attachment datacard
yourGallery.selected.attachments
im doing for group travel request.. Will have atleast 2 people in the same group with different attachments... How can i save all the attachments for different people in a collection?
