PDF Documents are not working offline

Hi there,

I have put some PDF's in my app. I put the PDF's in the media section first of all and now they have gone, but they they still show online - so I guess they are stored somewhere, but if i put my phone on airplane mode the PDF's do not show, how can I make a PDF document in an app available offline ?

I tried doing the same. I can view the PDF in the web version but not able to see it in the mobile app. Can you explain how you got it to work on app?

I just uploaded the PDF to the media gallery and then in the display properties of the PDF object just entered the name of the PDF document and it worked fine, but still cannot view offline - painful.

It hasn't worked for me for PDFs but for images , I used this in the Image property - "appres://resources/imagename" and it works.

You can try it out similarly for PDFs. Use the same "appres://resources/yourPDFname" in the Document property.

Please let me know if it worked for you.

Also, a follow-up question to my previous reply - Can you tell me which phone did you run the powerapps app on - iOS/Android?
