How to send data from apps to Azure eventHub

Hi - I am very new to powerapps

 

I have use case where I need to send data to eventhub from powerapps.

 

So far, I have done below steps:

  • Create EVentHub connector(Add connection string) - Completed
  • Create a sample app (I create a sample app from an excel table, 3 rows of data in app)

Now please can you explain what to do as next step to connect to eventhub and push data.

Kindly help.

    In case you are interested, we were actually able to use SendEvent function from Power App Canvas app, to send an event, and also to confirm that the Event Hub really did receive -  you can check here in following response for details in case it helps:

     

    PowerApps connection with EventHubs 

     

    The main thing to notice is to provide ContentData as the Blob data type, then it should work. If you do this, you might not need to even provide the Properties or partitionKey unless you really want to.
