Time from Excel as text in an email

I am having an issue with one particular part of a flow.  I am extracting a particular row of an Excel file based on an ID number and having the data from the row emailed to a receipient.  The time column is giving me issues.  I understand that Excel represents time as a percentage of the day.  Every expression I write doesn't work.  I need an expresion that will pull a time, no date, from a spreadsheet and represent it as text in an email.  Please help.

@Anonymous  Please use this expression to get your time from excel.

    addSeconds('1899-12-30',int(formatNumber(mul(variables('SerialDateTime'),86400),'0','en-us')),'HH:mm:ss')

variables('SerialDateTime'): it is holding excel date time column value here.

Thank you.  I am a self taught Power Automate user so I have another question for clarification.  Do I just put the cell location from the dynamic menu in place of variables('SerialDateTime')?

@Anonymous  Before using this i forget to tell you one thing. Is your date & time is coming as serial number? if yes add one compose action and supply your date & time excel column. if your date & Time column comes as serial number (float) then you need to use variables('SerialDateTime') type as float. Other wise you need to convert this in float before supply it directly.

Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Mark as Solution' if my post answered your question.
