I have the following logical challenge..

I let users patch starttime and endtime for each working day (both are comboboxes) into table X:

Date Employee TotalHours starttime endtime 00-06 6-19 19-22 22-00

for business reasons I need to allocate the hours between starttime and endtime in timeframes:

00h-6h

6h-19h

19h-22h

22h-00h

e.g

starttime 01-01-2020 05:00

endtime 01-01-2020 18:00

hours worked 13

00-06h 1

6h-19h 12

19h-22h 0

22h-00h 0

I’d prefer to solve this in the patch statement to cds and/or by using cds calculated fields on a per item/record basis

Any ideas ?
