I can not get formula to work. I am trying to use the "shift end date" the same as the "shift start date" except when night shift is selected in the drop down - then I require the shift end date to be the shift start date + 1 day.

I have written formula but it won't change date when I select night shift

Please see screenshot

Could you please try using the following formula:
If(DataCardValue139.Selected.Value = "Nights"; DateValue183.SelectedDate + 1; DateValue183.SelectedDate)
