How do design responsive Gallery headers?

My gallery has 20 columns. How can I place a heading to gallery data so that if the user scrolls horizontally the heading also scrolls?

My Design

  • Container_GalData Vertical
    • Container_TableHeader_Horizontal
      • label1
        ..
      • label20
    • Container_GalItems Vertical
      • galTableData
        • lable1
          ..
        • label20

The problem with My approach is that my header is inside another container so when I scroll gal items header is not scrolling accordingly.

Please suggest best responsive design approach

Please help. I have the same issue, if I use tab key inside editable gallery, header does not move until I use the horizontal slider, that's not user friendly as user want to navigate through tab key of keyboard.
