How to set up mobile notifications in Power Automate for subscriptions from SharePoint

Hello Everyone!

I am developing a program in Power Apps that allows users to self-select subscriptions from a ComboBox. My system uses two SharePoint sheets:

The "Benutzerdaten" sheet contains:

  • ID (Primary Key)
  • Titel (defined by the code Office365Users.MyProfileV2().mailNickname)
  • abo_id (foreign key linking the user to a subscription or subscriptions)

The "Abonnementen" sheet contains:

  • ID (Primary Key)
  • Titel (Title of the subscription)

I have created a chat room in Teams to receive messages(errors). Now I need to configure Power Automate so that it performs the following actions:

  1. If an email arrives on the Teams chat mail (e.g. 1230c6fd.example.onmicrosoft.com@emea.teams.ms), it should be filtered by title.
  2. If the email header matches the name of a subscription from the "Abonnementen" sheet, the users subscribed to this subscription (specified in "Benutzerdaten" via abo_id) should receive a notification from the application.

Since this email belongs to a separate chat room in Teams, all emails to this address are displayed in the Teams chat room. Therefore, it is important that message filtering is done by the email header.

Help me to realize this idea

Thanks 😊

With "Teams chat mail", do you mean you have a Teams channel created that you like to monitor?

    jep, teams channel.

But importantly, I need to make it so that notifications come to the user eventually as a Push notification instead of an Email message.

The Push notification is a default Teams feature. That should work natively if you post message to the channel.

    Makes sense?

I need to make a push notification from the app itself, not from the teams chat, so that when a notification comes to the phone, you can tap on it and go straight to the power apps, not to the teams chat.

chat in teams is a special chat, where notifications come and power automate reads the header of the letter and based on the header of the letter looks for similarities with people who are subscribed to the mailing list (header of the letter), get a notification about the problem. Users do not have access to this chat. Right now I've only managed to make the emails come via Outlook mail, but I need to make the notifications come to the phone from the app.

I'm trying to set up mobile notifications, but something is not working.
