I've uploaded multiple Excel and PDF documents to my bot. I then try searching in the test window to find that content, even 24 hours later, and I can't find an answer that should be easy to find. How do I know when these docs have been processed? And how can i troubleshoot why answers aren't being found ?

A couple of things I was thinking:

Start by testing the PDFs to make sure they are OCR ready (which means they can be searched by any normal keyword search).
If you are using the upload option on the Copilot settings page, check that the limitations on file size and number of documents has been respected.

For Excel remember that Copilot won't generate analytical responses (like we do see in the embedded Copilot for Excel), rather it's driven by a keyword search, so double check that the keywords truly exist in the file.
