    Some values in your flow don’t contain : (semicolon) this leads to index '1' out of bond exception.

    Add Filter BEFORE Select 2 -> contains(item(), ':')

    Replace your Select 2 expressions -> trim(replace(split(item(), ':')[0], '"',''))

    Trigger (When item modified) ---> Get changes for item - ( No Change )
     ↓
    Initialize array (list of fields) - (New Variable of Name varFields and its Type as Array) -->Apply to each (field names) -->Condition (if field changed)
     ↓
    Send HTTP request (get latest item) --->Append to array (final output)---> Create HTML table - ( No Change )

    Could you please show where in the flow I sent shpuld it go? I miss some actions in your comment.

    I replaced both expression in my Select 2:
    Title: trim(replace(split(item(), ':')[0], '"',''))
    Previous Value: trim(replace(split(item(), ':')[1], '"',''))
    Current value: body('Send_an_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint_1')?['body']?[json(item())]
    But the filter part dont know where to go +  the initialize array +  apply to each.

    If you could, please, show with images it would be a lot better for me to understand. Thanks.

    This appears when trying to initialize variable  @MS.Ragavendar:
    @Kalathiya could you help?

    I guess I have to add all the columns that could be changed so it can read what is changing. But where and how?
    Thanks!
