How to CC multiple people using a collection

Hello,

My scenario goes like this:

There's a page for a new request, and in this new request page the user is able to select one or more users from a gallery of all users in the system to CC to. When these users are selected via a checkbox, they get added to a collection and when the submit button is clicked, I want the list of users in that CC collection to be sent a CC of the email.

Currently, this is what my send email function looks like:

 Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
 _selectedApprover.Mail,
 "" & Subject.Text &"",
 First(EmailTemplate).Value,
 {Importance: "Normal"}
 );

The collection is called SelectedItems, so we can get the emails of the SelectedItems collection by SelectedItems.mail.

I'm not sure how to get about doing this, some guidance would be great, thanks!

    You can use the Concat function to concatenate the items in your collection to pass in the "Cc" property of the SendEmailV2 action:

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     _selectedApprover.Mail,
     "" & Subject.Text &"",
     First(EmailTemplate).Value,
     {
     Importance: "Normal",
     Cc: Concat(SelectedItems, mail, ";")
     }
    );

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Have you taken a try with the @CarlosFigueira 's solution>

    Based on the needs that you mentioned, I agree with @CarlosFigueira 's thought almost. Please take a try with it, check if the issue is solved.

    You could also consider concatenate the email address in your SelectedItems collection using formula as below:

    Concat(SelectedItems, email & ";") // use '&' operator

    So your whole formula should looks like this:

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     "<To>", // replace here with your own proper value
     "<Subject Line>", // replace here with your own proper value
     "<Email Body>", // replace here with your own proper value
     {
     Cc: Concat(SelectedItems, email & ";"),
     Importance:"Normal"
     }
    )
