Map Email address from different sharepoint list

Hi,

I have a flow which creates a word template from the responses received from Microsoft Forms, i want to email it to the person whose details are in different sharepoint list, i want to pull the email address from the sharepoint list and map it in send email, i tried using get items, this looped and sent email to everyone on the list, how do it fix this issue please help.

Hi @VikasNagaraj , Can you share the error message received at Send an email action?
Also share the response of Get Items if possible. It is not a good idea to iterate and send email if same email is supposed to go to each receipient.

Thanks for the response, there is no error message, it failed to send emails if there is blank and sent email to the feilds where there is email address. There are like 16 entries and few of them have email address. I do not know how to achieve this.

Hi @VikasNagaraj , I will suggest you to make multiple changes in your flow
1. Get Items - Filter By only where email field is not null. Example Filter query - Email_Field_Name ne null
2. Use Select instead Apply_to_each to concatenate all the emails using single action. Example below.
