Download attachment from SQL server on Power Apps without using OneDrive

Hi,

 

I am new to work on Power Apps with data source as SQL server. In that I have to store attachment to SQL table and dowload using the apps  after retrieving it from SQL. We don't have One Drive access.

 

Any help is most appricieated.
