How to let people who is not admin to see files uploaded with Sharepoint connection?

Hi, I got a website where I have a form which allows me to upload files and add them to some record of another table. So, I have a table called Course and every record of this table can have associates one or more files, which I can actually upload as admin role. But when I switch to another role (in this case I created another role called Student), I can not see the uploaded files. I have already checked the permission, and I followed the recommendations of documentation, but it does not work. So, if I log as an admin to the website, I can upload and also can see the files (this one in a form which does not let me upload it). But if I log as a Student role, I can't see them and the site says I have not the necessary permissions to see these files or fodler. why??
