Appreciate if anyone can help me on this. Is there any workaround to convert Excel workbook which consists of 79 worksheets to individual PDF file and PDF individual filename should be coming from the Excel worksheet tab name.

This is possible but by using an Excel VBA macro that will open your Excel and save sheets as individual PDFs. Then call this macro from PAD.
Also can write a vbscript, and then in PAD use Run a vbscript.
You will find tons of code on the web regarding the same.
