Hello, I was previously looking at purchasing the Flow P1 or P2 as it showed they have an increased Flow run interval upto every 1 minute on the P2. I see now that Flow has changed their licensing to a "Per user plan" and "Per Flow plan". When showing comparisons in these plans, I do not see any mention of what interval Flows will run at. Does anyone know what the Flow run intervals are for these plans?

As part of the changes to Flow licensing there will no longer be plan-based limits on Flow trigger frequency or the limits on Flow runs. Going forward we are moving to a simplified model across PowerApps and Flow with a single, integrated approach for daily capacity limits to ensure a consistent quality of service. Organizations that require additional capacity for heavy usage scenarios will be able to reserve add-on capacity and assign it to specific users or processes.
The polling frequencies that were part of the old plans are gone. Its now all dependent on load and the polling frequency for the specific connector.
