Power automate flow error code:5, how to resolve?

I got an error message when I run the flow in loop (apply to each), below is the error message "{ "message": "Graph Item not found, was it unshared or deleted?\r\nclientRequestId: f90ee370-7162-495a-94df-58d7da664745", "storageErrorCode": 5 }" but we dont have any graph item associated with the file.

 

Is there any solution?
