I created a Canvas App yesterday from a SharePoint List, quite a detailed & in-depth build. Saving as I made changes throughout the process. I logged in this morning and left my Power Apps open overnight which I didn't think would be an issue since I had saved the app. A Pop-up came up saying my session had expired. I can't find my app anywhere. Is it possible to recover it or is gone forever??

Try looking in the List Settings, Form Settings to see if you can find the last version of your form:
Thank you! Normally I build straight from PowerApps and this was the first time I've gone through SharePoint Lists to create an App.
