When using the When a work item is created trigger I can only use one work item type. Is there a way to set this trigger for any of them so I can use a switch instead of creating a flow for each of them?
I don't believe so. I think you'll have to create a flow for each. However, you don't have to replicate everything. A flow can call another flow. So you can create a flow with all the common logic, then a flow for each of the work item type triggers, that then calls the common flow.
