Hi,

I am somewhat new to PowerApp Development. Occasionally, we will have a user who can never open the app. They click the app they want to open, directing them to the downloading/opening page. This is the screen (from my experience) that appears when opening any PowerApps app, it has the app logo/image, name of the app, 4 moving dots & and the text "downloading" or "opening".

They have had this screen open for 10+ minutes before giving up. Not all users will have this error, which is why I am at a loss on if this has something to do with our code in the app, the speed of the users wifi/cellular connection, or just a bug. This is a session ID of someone who experience it is: 91f073ff-7752-47f4-b74d-96d9a0947f3e.
