Lookup Form Field getting error on Default Data value

Hello All, I'm having another issue with Lookup fields within my form application. We are getting the error "The property expects Record values, but this rule produces incompatible Error values." on our 'Default' data field. This just started happening toward the end of last week (Thursday, Friday) with no code changes or Data changes. This is only happening on only a few select lookup fields, while others with the exact same syntax are working normally. If I unlock and backspace a few of the characters from "ThisItem.cr4c8_FCOOffice" and 'tab' back in the intellisense, the issue will be fixed and the app will temporarily work again until I save and refresh the application within the browser window. Once refreshed, it will all break again. Any ideas on what could possibly be causing this and how to remedy the situation? This is happening on a few of our different apps and entities , not just 1.

Could you please share more details about the data source used in your App?

By the way, what is the control used here, Dropdown, or Combo Box control?

If it is SharePoint list, and the control for the Lookup is Combo Box, then please take a try to switch the ThisItem.LookupField with the code below:

Choices(DataSource.LookupField)

See if that would make it work.

These fields are combo boxes. They are utilizing the default Lookup Field Control.

The default choices() function is also broken for us when we add any lookup to a form. The same generic error occurs where it is looking for a Record value, but provides an incompatible 'ERROR' value.

(Using the attached SS in the initial post) For this form, since our default Choices() "Out of the box" lookup field are broken, the work around was to change the data source to point directly to the entity and use a Sort() function. For example: the "Rate Sheets" Field, the data source is 'FCO Rate Sheet', and uses Sort(<Source>, <field>) in the Data Items.

As a secondary question: Is there a way for us as end users to view the underlying Error that pertains to this issue? The errors that the powerapps editor shows are very generic.
