Hello,

I'm creating a power apps screen that updates a SharePoint list. for each item added to the sharepoint list a Power Automate premium flow is going to run on my desktop alone.

When rolling out the power apps screen to the end users to use. Will they all have to get a power automate premium license ??

    Hi @HafeezAdeoye ,

No, your end users do not necessarily need a Power Automate premium license if they are only interacting with the Power Apps screen that updates the SharePoint list. Power Automate premium licenses are typically required for creating and running complex flows or flows that involve premium connectors.

    In your scenario:

    1. You are using Power Apps to create a screen that updates a SharePoint list.

    2. You have a Power Automate premium flow that runs on your desktop, triggered by the SharePoint list updates.

End users who are simply using the Power Apps screen to add items to the SharePoint list should not require a Power Automate premium license. They are interacting with the Power Apps interface and not directly creating or managing Power Automate flows.

However, if your end users need to create or modify their own flows within Power Automate or if those flows need to use premium connectors, then they might need Power Automate premium licenses. But for typical usage of your Power Apps screen, a Power Automate premium license is not necessary for end users.

    Best Regards,
    Hassan Raza
