as title say i have an new/edit Form that create/fetch data from Dataverse table. Table data is bound to Form field, two visible and one hidden, the hidden one will Update value with a function based on other two.
For sake of simplicity let say user select from a gallery a product and in the Form gross price and discount percentage field ( in the rage [0-1)) are shown and freely editable.
The ohter hidden field is calculated under the hood, and will contains the net price of the article (calculated starting from gross price and discount percentage).
Happened sometimes (not every times, and quite rarely to be frank), and also in design mode, that when i edit values, i get all the updated values inside the table, but the calculated one will be left empty.
In the example above, sometimes i put a gross price, and a discount percentage and when I save (with no errors) i get the right updated data in the dataverse column, except for the calculated hidden ones (the net price) that is left blank.
Here how I update the hidden net price filed (the only calculated one) :
Update = If(Form1.Mode = FormMode.New Or Form1.Mode = FormMode.Edit;CurrentItem.GrossPrice * CurrentItem.DiscountPercentage)
Are there some known issue on hidden filed when updating form?
