Create a responsive menu

I want to create a more responsive menu. I currently have this menu:

This is the component responsible for the menu:

I want the menu to have only the main headings, such as "Cadastro" in my case. When I click, I want the menu to expand sideways to show the "Cadastro" options. Just like in Power Apps itself:
