Help 400 Bad Request... Send HTTP Request fail

all my flows suddenly failed using Send HTTP request/GET
i am connected, no connection "fix" prompt
No form limit issue
tenant, uri all check out, again it's happening across all PA flows connections to MSForms
 
simple GET method, no advanced parameters, working fine for over a yr, then dead

    You can try removing the existing connection and adding a new connection and check.
