Hello All,
I have an app and the on-premises gateway is being used in this app. The current Office365 organization plan is E3. I want to roll out this app to 30 users (these users will be using this app and will not perform any edits in the PowerApps using the PowerApps editor), do I need to procure 30 Plan 1 license or the E3 license will suffice the need?

Unfortunately, the E3 licence will not suffice.
The Plan 1 licence is now discontinued. Each user will require a per user or per app license to use the on premise gateway. The price of a per app license is $10/user/month, and the price of a per user license is is $40/user/month
