I'm sure there must be some reference material out there on how to do this but I can't locate it. What I'm trying to do is create a questionnaire. I was hoping that I could store the questions in one SharePoint list (called questions), and then the answers in another SharePoint list (called answers). My thoughts were that I would insert the questions into a gallery, then add a dropdown (all questions have the same answer choices) to the gallery. All good so far. The trouble starts when I want to patch to the answers list, as I can't work out how to differentiate the dropdown choices so that I can patch them to the answers list.

I could place the questions individually onto the canvas but I though a gallery would work better and be easier to maintain. Very grateful in anyone can help me (and ideally I'd like to be able to both create new answer records and update existing records).
