Hi everyone,

I've followed and used April Dunnams Desk reservation template and converted it into a Car booking app.

Currently everything works great, but would like to have an option of having an iPad in Kiosk Mode where you could quickly and easily fill out a form, you choose yourself as the employee which then books the car in a SP List i've made.

This is a really quick response, so I'm not sure if this is it or if this will be enough detail for you, but I'll try with this quick reply in case it helps you anyway:

It sounds to me like you'd like to know how to have it so that when an employee was not logged in when they opened the Canvas App, you would like the option to specify an arbitrary user of your organization directly in the Power App Canvas App.

If that's the case, then this is possible.

Just have a simple, single Dropdown control in the Power App which lists all users in the organization they could pick from. Make sure this dropdown is associated with the appropriate SharePoint List column. Then the booking can be associated with that person that easily.

To see if they're logged in, check this as starting point:

(note: what you may want though is still Office 365 Users

Office365Users.MyProfile()

as you might want to check if the current Power Apps user is logged in as O365 user, so you need Office365Users.MyProfile() for that instead, the User() function does something different.
