Copilot Agents are not reading all documents from share point

I have created simple agent with only 6 pdf copies of invoices and a tracker in excel to test the scenario, when i have asked question about invoices its only reading and answering 3 documents other 3 its ignoring even when i give the information about other 3 its not finding it, I am not sure whats missing, can some one help on this.

    Hello,
     
    have you tried to switch to Sharepoint agent? I've seen that it works better for the data stored in SP library: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/get-started-with-agents-in-sharepoint-69e2faf9-2c1e-4baa-8305-23e625021bcf. If it won't work, then I'd suggest to switch the datasource - instead of using just SP library, you can utilize SP list with the data. That way GPT can handle the data by using ODATA filter.
