Hi Community,

I have created two Copilots in Copilot Studio. They both generate answers based on an uploaded Word document. One Copilot is in Danish and gets knowledge from the attached file 'HåndbogEksempel.docx', while the other Copilot is in English and gets knowledge from the attached file 'HandbookExample.docx'. The documents have the same content except one is in Danish and the other is in English.

When I test my two Copilots with the same ten questions in Danish and English respectively, my Danish Copilot can only find the correct answer in the document about half of the times, while my English Copilot can find the correct answer every time. Danish should be ready to use (see language support documentation: Chat-based copilot language support - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn), so why is my Danish Copilot performing so bad?
