The Stars are cut in half when it is on a gallery, it looks fine in web studio, as soon as the app is run on android or a browser the stars are cut in half. This only happen in browsegallery, it is fine on edit forms.

I am thinking it is a graphical problem similar to what I've encountered:

Which browser are you using? Can you try resizing it and seeing if changing the ratio or size of the window changes the visual?
I think the bug has to do with layering of objects.

I'm using IE11, I also get the same problem on my Samsung S5 (Android 5). Resizing the window does not make a difference.
I have created a new app, with the Ratings control the only graphic, the stars are still cut in half.
