Attaching CSV held on SharePoint to e-mail sent from PowerApps

Hi all,

I have developed a form which gathers information from a customer, generates a CSV file on SharePoint to hold that information and emails the team responsible for uploading the CSV file (in a different application).  It works 🙂

What I'd now like to do is to attach the CSV file to the email so that the technical team don't have to go to SharePoint to download it.

You guys helped me with the generation of the CSV file (using Flow).  I'm hoping you can also help with this extra step.

If you current flow already creates the CSV and sends the email, you should be able to update it and use the csv file in the Attachment section of the Send An Email action.

Solved: Send email with attachment - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Regards,

    Pat

Hi Pat,  My PowerApps form compiles the data, then passes it to a Flow process to create the CSV but the e-mail has to be sent from the PowerApps form as it needs data from other variables.  I'm looking to create a second Flow process to take the data as variables and send by e-mail with the attachment.

The link seems to create a single manual process to send e-mail but I can't see where to plug in the variables.
