We are facing the same issue with Android devices; all our apps started going down one by one this morning.
I have shared the app from the Power Apps portal on my desktop, copied the link of the app, and used it to open the app in Chrome on the Android device as a workaround, which I am guessing most of you are doing.
Please share if you have any resolution on this, as it is painful to work with the app from Chrome.
