Hi all,
I have a Power App connected to an Azure SQL Database. The app works fine in the browser on a laptop, but when one of my users tries to use it on her smartphone, the app opens but shows the error: "An unknown error occurred."
Some details:
The user has a stable internet connection on her phone. The app works on her laptop with the same user.
She is not using any VPN.
Other users do not experience this issue
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and could it be related to mobile authentication, connection permissions, or Power Platform security roles? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
