Random error while working with Power Automate

Dear all,

I'm working on Windows 2020 Server with power automate, and I'm randomly receiving this error:
But I've checked Composition is enabled by default. Do you know what could cause the issue?

    Hi there!
     
    If the error message is sporadic and infrequent, add a delay at the top of your PAD flow, it may be that the services have not fully initialized.
