I have provided all the security roles and access to the app. User was opened the app in private window also. But he is unbale to open the app. Getting above error.

I am sorry I cannot read that error its too small and trying to expand it just makes it blurry

Can you please report even just the text so its readable.

Hi

To me it looks like Your colleague have Power Platform Endpoint Blocked by Firewall.

clientsdkproxy is a first-party script the model-driven app must download. If it can’t, the shell fails to start. In almost all cases this is due to network/proxy/inspection blocking, URL rewriting, content security tools, or a browser cache/service-worker issue. Less commonly, a custom web resource error prevents shell initialisation.
