Hi, I have created an agent using Confluence power connector. The agent connects to one or more Confluence workspaces, build a knowledge base using that workspace. The agent is delivered to end users via MS Teams.

I want to know how I can filter out certain pages from the workspace, so that response from the agent should not use the knowledge from those pages. I tried to archive the pages, but archival seems to be causing the knowledge sync to fail with a status 'Error'. I tried to add labels to the confluence pages which I want to filter out, and then added instructions to the Agent, not to use them. Seems the results are not that great.

Moving the pages i want to filter out to another workspace, is not an option for me.

Any tried and tested methods I can follow to solve this problem?

Hello Sojo,

Did you try to use Topics so you can orientate the answers of the Agent ?

Hello Sojo,

I didn't find an example online to do Topics and connector for Confluence but you can from instructions redirect to use the Topics.

I found a different approach you can see in this video : How To Connect Confluence With Microsoft 365 Copilot
