I have been having an issue for quite a long time now with the AI Builder. Several projects were kicked off based on early pilots with the tool several months ago, and downstream pipelines were built out as we re-trained and tuned the model.

Now, I cannot successfully re-train or train a model in the AI Builder at all. No matter what I do, I cannot get a successful training session.

120+ hours of labor lost because the platform is now unreliable.

For info:
The model is meant to pull 8 "Labels" and about 12 "Tables".

There is no documentation that says that this is an obstacle or not recommended.

I have 40 documents I want to train to ensure it is fine tuned and reliable.

Now there is no recourse and we will be going back to more simple methods due to the fact that we cannot rely on this tool that has been released for quite some time now.

Very disappointed and it seems the support team can do little but check in every few days.
