Issue with Confluence Connector Indexing in Copilot Studio

I used the Confluence connector to link one of my spaces to Copilot Studio. However, in the knowledge source preview section, only 20 pages appear (they seem to be random, but it's always the same set even after I deleted the connector and tried again).

The issue is that my space contains more than 50 pages, so when I ask questions whose answers are in other pages, they are not found. I suspect that not all the pages in my space are being indexed.

There’s no permission issue, as I have access to all the pages in the space.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Hi @VT-07071418-0

Can you tell me which action you are using and share your Tool also. I agree as Get Pages (the preview) should give you all the pages or if you are asking about pages in a space then use Get pages within a space.

I'd also love to see the Flow run itself so we can look at the Json returned to verify what it is doing please.

Issue with Confluence Connector Indexing in Copilot Studio

My confluence connector to a workspaces with 1000+ pages is showing only around 20 pages in the preview section. I think preview is just to show a sample to quickly confirm that connection is working. Are you able to access the full knowledge base using prompts? Ask questions about the pages you think is missing in the connection. If you are getting fair responses, then you should good.
