How to provide Accept Updated Policy checkbox on Sign-In Page before Sign-In and already accepted then don't show that checkbox.

Hi Team,

I want to add checkbox to accept "Updated Policy" by user before Sign-In.
Also show that checkbox if user yet not accepted "Updated Policy" and hide if user already accepted "Updated Policy" at Sign-In.

Here we will use one field to consider policy is updated.
Please let me know how can I add such functionality.

Thanks,

Vaibhav

Hi, please see if this helps you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NpHwOKM9Ls8

Not sure what you mean by having the policy checkbox before sign-in, that wouldn't be common in general in my opinion

Thanks  @OliverRodrigues  for your valuable input.
I have created one Custom Entity "User Setting" and added new field "Updated Policy Date".
Also on Contact entity I have added 2 new fields that are "Accepted Policy Update" field and "Policy Updated Date" field.

Now am proceeding ahead by creating Custom Workflow.
When created New "User Setting" record, workflow will be execute and will update all CRM contacts "Accepted Policy Update" field and "Policy Updated Date" field.

Am new in writing Custom Workflow will you please guide me how to write a logic to update all contacts custom fields(above 2 fields)?

Hi, you can take a look at this article for more details on Custom Workflow development: https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/creating-word-counter-custom-workflow-activity-in-dynamics-365/

Did you try the classic T&C approach that I shared earlier? does that suit your needs or is it not enough for your requirement?

I go with MS Flow as it solves the query.
Please refer below link for the solution.
